Deleting Your Account

Permanent Action

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
  2. Review what will be deleted
  3. Enter confirmation phrase
  4. Confirm deletion

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account credentials
  • All wallet configurations
  • Alert rules and preferences
  • Notification channels
  • Activity history

What Happens to Data

  • Bitcoin transactions are public blockchain data (can't be deleted)
  • We retain minimal logs for security/fraud prevention (30 days)
  • Anonymous usage statistics (no personal data)
